Do you feel what I feel? Yassss, feels like spring - FINALLY! Whew!
Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and transformation. The earth awakens from its winter slumber, offering us a natural opportunity to realign our intentions, habits, and energy with what serves us best. As my Word of the Year is Align, I find March to be the perfect time to reflect on how I can bring more balance and harmony into my life.

Aligning with Nature
Spring reminds us of the power of change. The days grow longer, flowers bloom, and fresh possibilities unfold. Just as nature effortlessly follows its rhythm, we, too, can align ourselves with the cycles of renewal. Spend time outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, and allow the season’s energy to inspire you.
Aligning with Mindset
A fresh start begins with a refreshed mindset. Let go of limiting beliefs or mental clutter that no longer serve you. Take time to journal, set new goals, and visualize the version of yourself that feels most aligned with your values. Consider embracing affirmations such as, I welcome growth and renewal into my life or I align myself with what brings me peace and joy.
Aligning with Health
Spring is a wonderful time to prioritize your physical well-being. Lighter foods, outdoor movement, and a focus on nourishing your body can enhance your energy. Whether it’s incorporating more seasonal fruits and vegetables, taking daily walks, or practicing yoga, small shifts can help you align your body with the vibrancy of spring.
Aligning with Environment
Your surroundings impact your energy. A spring refresh can bring clarity and positivity into your space. Decluttering, deep cleaning, and adding elements of nature, such as fresh flowers or plants, can create an environment that supports your goals. Ask yourself: Does my space reflect the alignment I seek?
Aligning with Purpose
Spring invites us to revisit our passions and purpose. Are you on the path that feels right? If not, this is a great time to pivot, explore new opportunities, and align your actions with your deeper calling. Take intentional steps toward what truly fulfills you, whether in your career, relationships, or personal growth journey.
